APOLLO PILSNER
A light, malty, Czech-style lager with a classic hop aroma and bitterness derived from a generous amount of hops. Straw-coloured with a white foam. Brewed with primarily pilsner malt and a small addition of more roasted malts. Hopped with Perle and Saaz.

Apollo Classic
Our interpretation of Denmark’s most beloved beer style after Pilsner. While Pilsners are typically hop-driven, both in bitterness and aroma, the Classic style is all about balance, with a stronger focus on malt character.
Carefully selected specialty malts give the beer its deep copper colour and smooth notes of toasted biscuit and light caramel. Noble hops from Germany and the Czech Republic contribute delicate floral aromas and a gentle bitterness that perfectly balances the malt profile.

A “classic” IPA: crisp, slightly bitter, with piney and fruity notes from the US hops Simcoe, Cascade and Columbus.

SCHWARZBIER
Schwarzbier — literally “black beer” — is a dark lager brewed with roasted specialty malts, giving it subtle notes of chocolate and liquorice. While the flavour profile shares similarities with classic stouts, the slow, cold lager fermentation at Apollo creates a much lighter and crisper body. This balance is why the style is sometimes referred to as a “Black Pilsner” — dark in colour, yet clean, refreshing, and highly drinkable.
